Can I Extend or Reduce the Duration of a Scheduled Lesson?

Yes. You can change the duration of any 1:1 lesson package in place — extend from 30 to 45 min, drop from 60 to 45 min, or any other combination your teacher offers. No canceling and rebuying needed.

In one screen

1. Open your Scheduled Lessons page in the Dashboard.
2. Click the crosshair icon on any lesson in the package you want to change.
3. Pick the new duration on the next screen. If the change costs more, you’ll pay the difference on a standard checkout (wallet / card / PayPal). If it costs less, the difference is refunded to your wallet immediately.

The new duration applies to every remaining lesson in the package. Lessons whose current time still fits keep their slot; lessons that no longer fit go back to your unscheduled pool so you can pick fresh times.

When you won’t see the button

The change-duration button is hidden for trial lessons, evaluation lessons, Bernal Learning Center lessons, group classes, and completed lessons. For those, the older cancel-and-rebuy workflow still applies — see Can a student cancel or reschedule a lesson?
