Hi, my name is Natalia.

I graduated from Kyiv Polytechnic University.

I have two kids, a 19-year-old girl and a 10-year-old boy. Each of them is a unique individual requiring a highly personalized approach to learning. I am proud of my eldest daughter’s achievements: after we moved to the U.S., she was placed in an advanced academic program, and later, in high school, she scored 1550 out of a possible 1600 on the SAT. I believe this success was the result of the solid knowledge base and passion for learning that I instilled in her during her preschool and early elementary years.

I believe that the main goal of a tutor is to help students learn to think and find answers, not just to show methods without deep understanding. That's why I was focused on tutoring my kids during elementary school and even earlier, trying to teach them to find answers on their own and then discuss different methods.

I'm a Russian native speaker and adore Russian classic literature, and with pleasure help anybody who wants to learn Russian. I will help you gain a deep understanding of Russian idioms and the nuances of sentence structure.
